Make the burger bun bigger!
I stopped eating red meat about a year ago after I went through my battle with Breast Cancer. I don’t think I ate too much of it, but I will tell you, I love steak and a good burger. There are some other favorites like Kailbi which are Korean ribs — man are the good, but I gave that up for health reasons.
I come to you today with my little pet peeve about hamburger buns. Now that I eat either turkey or veggie burgers, here’s something I’ve noticed. Both turkey and veggie burgers are larger in size than a regular hamburger. They also don’t shrink like a regular burger does when you cook it. So, when you put a turkey or a veggie burger on a hamburger bun, it hangs over the bun. Why doesn’t someone invent turkey or veggie burger buns where the bun is the same size as one of those burgers? Are you wondering why I’m blogging about this today? It’s because I decided to eat a veggie burger for lunch and it was on my mind, so I thought I’d share. Thanks for reading!

Great post Jon! I have been following the #p2 effort since you started it, and although I have understood its purpose this post does a really great job solidifying the full rationale.
