Kara and Michael have been married for 18 years.  They have 1 daughter who is a Junior in High School.  Kara and Michael met through mutual friends.  Kara was previously married and this was a first marriage for Michael.  They married shortly after they met and settled into  their home in Tennessee.  Life was pretty good in the beginning.  Michael is a salesman and has always had a job.  Kara works as an admin assistant in a doctor’s office part time.  Shortly after Kara and Michael got married, they had a baby and they named her Mikayla.  Now, here’s a couple that kind of just got together and had what Kara calls a surface relationship as husband and wife.  They did things together as a couple, celebrated holidays, special occasions and events and even showed affection toward one another.  It seems that after the birth of their daughter, Michael just never felt the same about Kara.  Kara thinks it’s the fact that Michael witnessed the birth of Mikayla and that forever changed his intimate feelings for his wife.
