Have you had your annual exams (i.e. GYN, Mamogram, regular check-up, eyes etc.)? Well if you haven’t; stop what you are doing, and make your appointments. As mothers, we are so busy and always doing things for our family, that we often put ourselves on the bottom of our own “to do” list. Well, no more. Go handle your business!
Once you take care of annual doctor a visits, make it a practice to do some form of exercise 3 to 4 days a week. I am a power walker myself and enjoy doing that either walking outdoors or on the treadmill. I walk for about an hour, but if you are short on time 20 to 30 minutes will do, just be sure to do if often during the course of the week.
